The High Mobilty and Recon Tank. Or more commonly shortened to as the HMR Tank is a refurbished APC design employed by the Elite Corp. Replacing the Apocalypse Tank in their arsenal. The HMR Tank is more agile than its common counterpart and where in it lacks with the former's armor and firepower it makes up for with speed and utility. When built from the Factory the HMR Tank comes towing along with it the SICL Pod. The SICL Pod grants the HMR Tank Detection Systems and when given the command can be ordered to deploy untowing the SICL Pod into a Defensive Position. Once freed of the SICL Pod the HMR Tank loses its Detection Capabilities but is now able to function as an APC while also gaining increased speed.
