*This Structure is Unique to the Cabal Directive
Rather than use Psychic Towers that directly mind-control nearby enemy forces the Cabal Directive instead use their own unique invention. Replacing the Psychic Tower in their Arsenal is the Magnet Tower which is equipped with a magnetic tractor beam which it can use to pull in enemy vehicles into close range to either seperate them from enemy formations or bring in for mind control.
