The Naval Outpost is exclusive to the Talon Ops. Used to secure their position in contested bodies of waters. Deployed from their Shipwright Support Power available once a Naval Port & Strategy Center are built. The Naval Outpost allows production of Naval Units much like the Naval Port as well as providing repairs to any nearby naval units. To help defend it Commanders are given clearance to build around the Outpost such as Shore Cannons.
