Description
Our second attempt at the Pulse Tower. This shows how we have beefed up the model slightly, reduced the size of the pod and changed the Children of the Sun textures to more accurately match the concept designs.
i gotta say this texturing fits it better, gives it more of a battle field look

And I can see that the mod really respect the fans´ opinions and are not like EA =)
At the end of the day, who is going to be playing this MOD...? You guys! So we want to make sure we do everything we can to make this appealing to everyone. We know we can't please everyone, but we can damn well try!
Try it with a azure coloration instead of the rusty-optic, i believe it would look nice
ill get some glow put on the purple tubes as soon as i sort my computer out make it look even better :)
I agree, yeah.
I have to say that the Children of the Son make little sense to me- other than that everything is somehow made and powered by psychics.
Are there any more detailed lore ideas about them somewhere?

While I am still confused with the whole lore aspect of it, the model and the texture look great- this rusty look may be more menacing than the old look.

Now this looks ten times better than the previous one (which didn't look like anything much). The new colour or rust/bronze makes it really amazing and should be a consistent element in the Children of the Sun design, imo. Gives them a more unique feel and also distances itself more from vanilla ra3 and really give the impression of being ra4.
I used to be a fan of lego technics, to me this looks like some sought of bionicle! :)
