That's awesome! But I have to say that all those minior details should be removed as you will not see them at all in-game. The weapon borrower (The trooper) will be small, and the weapon even smaller.

HOLY ****!!! but polycount wise for RA3, a gun shouldn't be so detailed...

In its current form, it's not meant to be put into RA3...

From the FAQ
"Secondly, about the models that I've been making. There's been un-limited concerns about the poly-count on the models. I can explain this in two things: Perfectionism and cutscene purposes. I can't help making models that are simply too detailed, a disease I can't control, although it's a good one, I might add, xD. I simply can't texture myself, despite the basics for it, my Photoshop skills are terrible. That's why I make them as close as possible to every detail. Also, they might also be used for cutscenes, there's no thing as 'no use' for them."

Basically, these are the high-poly versions from which ingames will be made later by projecting and baking the high-poly model to the low in both diffuse color and normals, much like how FPS modeling works.

I actually like the giant number of polies, because i can make a detailed ideea of how the weapon/soldier/structure, etc. would look IRL. keep up the good work!

since u poly the crap out of it why not make it realistic, i mean peoples hands are not robot claws so make an actually pistol grip for it that people (humans) can actually hold. i am so ****** when everyone does it, even for fps

Description

The most unlikely deadly weapon of any found in the Forth arsenal is their basic one, the effective any-range-lethal RA-3 Sniper Automatic rifle, that can fire hyper-fast rounds capable of damaging basic body armor and, surprisingly, snipe enemy forces from afar and even shoot them out of garrisons.
