Welcome to Red Alert 20XX. The aim of this mod is to pay tribute to old Command & Conquer games, while giving YR a fresh feel in a brand new cold war context.
In my attempt to finish current factions once and for all, the EU gets a new toy. The Cerberus Tower is a multi-armed, jack-of-all-trade, defense available after the Battle Lab is built. It can defend against any threat by using the following weaponry : two heavy machines guns, two rocket pods and an Anti-Air Aegis missile system. Its main downside comes in the form of its power consumption, its cost and power dependency.
(This new building replaces the Hoplite, which is now kicked out of the EU's arsenal)

This thing practically could make any EU Base practically a fortress with that kind of firepower!
But I'm guessing long-artillery and sustained attacks will win in the end? (Not to mention cutting the power will go a long way, too)
I tried very hard to make sure that this new building doesn't create a Grand Cannon situation. While the Cerberus has a longer range than most tanks, it's nowhere near the Grand Cannon's.
Well thats intimidating...
