Description
Captured here, a small oil processing facility in the province of Matanzas, Cuba. Russia has an ever presence in the small country, as Moscow consider the island to be the biggest communist foothold in Amecia.
New civilian assets for 1.0.6a are finally done, but more will be added each time a challenge map is out. Plus, here are showcased the new Ursa Major Tank and Twinblade, models made by Crazy Bird.
For how much I love this mod and the work put into it by you guys, I'm afraid I must express the same level disappoitment. Since I personally think that the previous model for Major Ursa looked much more gorgeous and with perfect barrel length... and the base length too. (well, it was an actual Cadillac of a tank that hit my heart like a GAZ-31105)
The new one is... shorter where it needs 'the most' and taller where it's "hey, that's Russian-built tank". Overall slightly bulkier. Imo.
Thanks for your comment. It's unfortunate that you don't like the Ursa Major's design, but it's its final form. Note that I've resized it a bit so it will be slightly bigger than what is shown in that picture.
Aww. Oh well. I'm still sold out to Russia's "three ******* twin barrelled tanks" feature, for I'm a big fan of that stuff from the very RA1, so on the other side I should be glad that the tank's getting it's deserved attention.
Now just please, could you remind me if Eastern Bloc's units can also get some cosmetic update when they reach an ace rank? So the Ursa Major can get even more badass looks than here?
You mean have a new model when reaching Elite level? Something along those lines is planned for the Soviet MBTs.
