So... What's in this mod ? Im just downloading because I don't have steam version, and can't download the original mod.
Addictive gameplay in,Keep it work :)!
My mouse movement is limited to a small square for some reason (rotating camera with arrow keys works), other than that the mod seems to be working alright.

Did you put the caged_fgs_addon in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\half_life_caged?
