R.E.C.A.G.E.D. is a mod for Cayle George's Half-Life: C.A.G.E.D. aiming to change the vanilla "gunplay" from Half-Life and adding more features.
When they can't put you in the cage, they become R.E.C.A.G.E.D.
Handgun is very cool, but it is too powerful, because of wich creates an imbalance of weapons in the game.
