Future Sly442 Release image - Republic Assault: The Clone Wars mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Republic Assault is a full scale conversion mod for the Petroglyphy game Star Wars Forces of Corruption. Using elements from both the current canon, and existing EU to create the best possible game experience.
While not exactly Clone Wars like, Sly has done an amazing job on the model. If you don't recognize the ship in the picture, it's the Phoenix Home from Rebels (Seen here Vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net ). Sly has also said he will post a release eventually, so keep on the look out for that.
Also, I know it's a Rebels ship but if there's enough support for a Republic style version, I'd be more then happy to make such a thing happen.

Don't see any reason why you shouldn't use it, looks like a militarized version of the Pelta-class medical frigate we see in several of The Clone Wars episodes, so I'm sure the Republic would have used this as well.
The existing Pelta is a military frigate. Most people commonly associate it with being a medical ship, but it's a highly modular ship which can take on any role. This would appear to be a weapon heavy version though.
