Hi,
I am in the making of my own mod called 'Quest for Middle-Earth' for EA's game The Battle for Middle-earth .
I plan to add many heroes, some units, some small changes to the buildcost/buildtime in the game, and add two new factions.
Currently I, King of Universe, and Dark Lord of the Sith/ Ill-Phil is working on this add-on. Tomat and Lauri is making some models/skins. If anyone would like to help, please, don't hessitate to contact me.
The new factions will be Elves and Goblins.
I need ideas for the goblins faction...
I use Vapula's Hero mod as a base, and mod from there.

Very long time since last update... Sorry about that... Well, better late than than never :)
Okay, There has been made progress, but not much.
But... It seems that QFME won't be finished, so we've decided to just wrap up what we have, make it useable on 1,03 patch, and release it. Maybe there will be some tiny updates here and there, but not much, I'm afraid.
So, thanks for the support, and I truly hope that it will be finished sometime...

I can't make your mod work no matter what. Every time I try gives me an error: Error parsing field "TriggerFX" in block 'Object' in file 'Data\INI\Object\evilfaction\goblins\shelob.ini line 253.

so i downloaded it but i cant make it work like after i download it i have to install it right??? and then im not sure how to unzip files...is it the same thing as extracting them?

have sorcerors
and new workers not the orc workers like evry1 else
axes gobins added attack versus siege
ability 2 climb instead of siege
climb trees for protection 4 scout units
scout unit based on gollum
heavy armor upgrade give thm sheilds
mabye elite warriors of sum sort lik the beserkers
soz it allows me to download with np, its the installation and the starting up of the mod that ****** the system up :/
Download or install the mod? I think the mod's for 1.03. Not sure though :s
it wont let me download does it require a certain patch? eg: 1.02, 1.03? or does it require a CLEAN, unmodified version of BFME1? what does it need that im simply not giving it?

But still the goblins really should be scared of him so king is right really..
i have some ideas for the goblins goblin master (like lurtz but more goblin) and the goblin scouts same visual but fast (can't attack) and goblin leppers (biuld but only last for a couple of min) they could carry desiese and when u tell them to attack another battlioin they die but spread a deasie which takes damage over time.
For elves make some high elves biuld max 4 strong buy slow compared to othr cav they can shoot off horse or wield a sword and can carry 1 archer on there back
oh and for the goblins as a summon (Warg allies) they can summon 3 warg hordes for a couple of min and the warg leader make them vunerable to fire even's it out
Well, I've decided that the mod will not be a very accurate mod, it will be a mod focused on 3rdage, but not just the 3rdage. Like that I have Gil-Galad in it etc. So any ideas about anuthing is appreciated.
But the mod is mainly focused on 3rdage ;)
