This is a Mod that takes place in Toronto, Ontario. Where a contagious virus was discovered on an Apartment Complex by the CDC, Forcing the building to be locked down by local Authorities.
The CDC must wear Hazmat Suits in the area. and all the civillians inside were locked inside because the Government cannot take any chances for the virus to spread further.
