Psychic Sensor Ship is a kind of significant ship in Imperial Naval Fleet, which provide both long-range fire support and threat detection to the Imperial fleet.
Will shogun be replaced by this?

No, it is completely new unit that offers AOE buff to the fleet.
anti infantry/anti air?
what is AOE
Basically it will buff the attack range of any allies ships within an area.
Is he unarmed? or he'll have some kind of weapon?
At present it can call for Cruise Missiles, but I am not sure if I will reserve this ability when release.
