Years ago i asked dezodor from Team Dez0vawe for permission to give Priboi Story an overhaul. That was in 2010, the 27th of November to be precise.
It started with enabling the tasks that were disabled from the Vanilla game.
It escalated up until version 3.2.5 was released in September of 2012 (if I remember correctly).
Taking a break from modding, I made some attempts to get into making the final version the next couple of years, until I took quite a long break.
In 2015, I made a few more attempts to start up again, but other things came in the way. :)
Fast forward to 2019, when I got my second wind for modding, and started finalizing this version, which I decided to name Priboi Story Overhaul 2020.
This will be the final version name/number. :)
Updates/patches will be distinguished with date of release.
As of writing this, the latest version released is: 08112020 (8th of November 2020)
I.e.: Priboi Story Overhaul 2020 (With patch 08112020 applied).
The full mod will be updated, and uploaded when, or if, a new patch is released. Both Full version and patch will be uploaded, so new players only need to download the full version, others can download the patch.
All patches released are cumulative, meaning that all previous fixes are included in the patch, along with the new fixes/changes.
Special thanks go to NatVac, for his immense help in getting this done, and helping me out of the tight spots, and for letting med use some of his stuff from ZRP.
Also I wish to thank kdragon for his feedback, and testing of the new version.
This overhaul is based on Priboi Story with the latest patch (version 1.1.3).
Note: SOC needs to be patched to version 1.0005. (1.0006 GOG version has been tested, and works).

About Priboi Story:
Approximately one year has passed since the Marked One's story. You are the military Lieutenant Priboi Slipchenko, and you were sent into the Zone... There was a secret organization, called UHSF, and they were responsible for the incident in '86. They had a base at Dead City but the mercenaries wiped them out in the late 80's. The organization fell apart, and the last living members disappeared until today. Somehow this story is connected to the Marked One's story, and you'll eventually find out how. Over 20 important classified documents were hidden in the zone and you will need to find them to complete the puzzle. You will need to be "Sherlock Holmes" and dig deeper in the zone then you have ever done before.

hey man this mod is cool and all, had an absolute banger playing this one but i do have some question and problem here.
i seem to unable to leave cordon at all, i can't go to garbage, the notif that ask if you want to leave doesn't pop up, idk if i did something wrong or is there any task that i need to complete first so i could get to garbage?
and also one rookie question, how can i drive a vehicle? :)
mod is a great tho.
Take the task from the Outpost commander to gather 20 bottles of vodka. If 20 bottles are too much, there is the lazy stalker patch, which lowers it to 10 bottles ;)
If you only want to collect 10 bottles, you will need to apply the lazy stalker patch before you take the task from the Outpost commander.
I think you have to press B or T to start the engine. I haven't played it in a while, so I can't remember :D
I have got a crash, and it happens each time I try to load a save. The last chain of events was that I have explored every single area before the Army Warehouses, picked up a lot of missions taking place there, went to the AW, crashed, tried to load previous saves, and still crashed.

Hi, never seen that issue before.
Do you have any other mods installed other than the base PSO mod?
Have you previously had mods installed that changed some of the bin files?
Which version (Patch level) of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.are you on?
Best advice I can give you is to reinstall the game, and re-download the mod, and reinstall it. and see if this fixes the issue.
Save files can get corrupted, is it a manual save, or quick save that crashes the game.
Is there a way to even sell guns, I am struggling to death to get money for the vodkas, I looted everything and bought 3 bottles. I have 16 now, how the **** do I get enough money?
Higher end weapons can be sold to the trader, and NPC's.
If you sleep, for a certain amount of time, Bandits will respawn, kill them collect loot, I have seen that some have a bottle in their inventory.
I might have been lucky, but i have tested it several times, and the longest time I have spend to collect 20 bottles was approx. 2½ in game days.
you ruin beautiful mod. first vodka mission. in dark walley bandit base perfect spot for this mission but you change game, cant go anywhere unless complete mission. second after go to bar, i save manually and after a couple of minutes quick save. both them corrupt. only autosave work. so, i deleted mod.
In regards to corrupt save game files. Try re-installing the game, and re-download the mod.
Feel free to change the mod, so you don't have to do the 20 Vodka bottles quest.
You can easily change it to 2, 5, or 10 bottles if you want. Its not that hard. ;)
