where is the custom folder? I could only find Portal/portal, not Portal/portal/custom
You have to make the folder yourself. After that, just put the folder for the mod inside it.
I may have to see the folder structure, since I'm making a mod? um, addon? That replaces the voices of GLaDOS and the turrets with musical instruments.
You need to do that asap that would be funny
