I want to play this so bad... But I don't know how to install it exactly, what do you mean with "Portal/portal/custom folder"? I tried creating that folder or copying the files to "Portal/hl2" but it also didn't work. Please help :(
Edit: nvm I'm dumb and can't read, you're supposed to put it on "Portal/portal/custom" and not "Portal/portal/custom folder" kinda confusing but whatever
