Portal Storms mod for Half-Life 2

That is not the official title or logo by the way. Hello this is now starting production with only one person working on it currently. Now this mod is for half life 2 and its based on when there were portal storms raging across the world. The governments protected the cities and had everybody that lives in the country evacuate to cities. So dangerous creatures from xen teleport on earth. Its total chaos. You play as a police officer named Daniel who is starting his first day in his small town when they get reports about the portal storms. After he encounters one creature he shows up to the police department and hears the news. Im still writing the story but this is just the idea of what im trying to build. I want the xen creatures like hound eyes and bull squids to make an appearance but I need people to help me because I cant do that technical stuff on my own.
