After Hours is a one man passion project that began development back in February of 2018. Both episodes will be available to play on the workshop first before they're combined into one full game on Steam for free. It will focus on a return to the simplicity of the first Portal game, as well as much harder puzzles that cater to long term portal fans first. New and improved testing elements will be present throughout the game, including, but not limited to, modified versions of existing community made fizzlers. There will be multiple original characters, voice acting, and a cohesive story line that fits snugly into the existing Portal universe. The first half was released August 15th 2018, and the second half is planned for sometime this winter. The full mod will be on Steam early 2019 if things go right.

No updates for 2 years after Episode 2's intended release date. R.I.P

If anybody is interested what's going on with this mod, I'll post official answer from map publisher:
Episode 2 is being replaced with a full fledged sequel that will be shipped as an independent mod rather than a map pack. The release date for this is not known.
I've been trying to get the ModDB page deleted for a while, although I've gotten no response from anyone on the team. The project is not currently in development, meaning I'd rather start a new, more appropriate page for AH 2 when the time comes.
Is episode 2 really released? I don't see it either in workshop or as portal 2 mod…
