Perfected Doom 3 was started as a simple tweak mod years ago. After realizing that I was still not happy with Doom 3 after making some alterations to weapons and enemy stats I continued to add more to the game. Now Perfected Doom 3 is more then just a tweak mod. It attempts to completely overhaul the entire game with new monsters, rebalanced weapons, rebalanced monster stats, better graphics, new gameplay features and much more. It has been met with great appreciation and acclaim by it's users. This mod will bring many improvements to standard Doom 3 and it's Resurrection of Evil expansion.
I added a nice looking bloody pentagram to the Icon of Sin's head and added a lot of splattered blood to his hands. His tongue is also covered in blood and his eyes have a much more reddish tint to them. Thought you guys might like to see it.

No I incorporated the icon of sin map from the amazing mod Ruiner. It's already in PD3. I just added to the skin for the version 7 release. Glad u like it.

Is it a Boss fight or aesthetics?
It's a boss fight. Have u played PD3? It's already in the game. I just added the pentagram for the version 7 release. This boss battle is after the original hell map. It's part of an extended Hell campaign.
I feel I'm missing out as I only played one mod of Doom 3 which improved the graphics and increased difficulty by quite a lot. At the moment I'm going classic Doom crazy but I always keep my eye out for good Doom 3 content.
Is Perfected Doom a must play for Doom fans?
Well it has over 500 followers, it's been ranked as high as 13 here at ModDB, it's usually in the top 3 of the most popular Doom 3 mods, and every version has been downloaded over 10000 times including the patches. I think it's pretty successful.
