How do you use chips?
Do you just need to equip it and then you're automatically getting the benefits? Or do you have to activate it somehow?

First of all, I am well aware, that tutorial&help needs improvement, especially on main 'summary' site for new players, I will start redoing that one right after publishing 1.99.1.

I don't blame anyone if they skip this -> Moddb.com

It was created mainly for people who wanted to know every aspect of warfare, it is not mandatory for playing PW. However, there is a PHASE 5. Microchips - modifiers. I have also updated tavernkeeper dialog, to make it clear when you speak with him.

Microchips:

- activating automatically during battle

- you need to have them only when arriving on the battlefield. If you dispose or swap microchip for any other item after your 'spawn' in the battlefield, it will still work.

Microchip 'automatically enhances your abilities, by forcing your body to produce additional chemical or biological compounds, enzymes in your body. That is what makes you faster, or more accurate.'

I will put some additional info on battle start, so you would know that it works. However if you check your speed with and without microchips, or dmg, or whatever microchip was supposed to change, you will see a big difference. If you invest in hacking and engineering (they provide effect of synergy), you should feel instant change on battlefield.

I am experiencing heavy framerate drops when units get hit in melee combat, why does this happen?

Hi, I can't remember if building more then a few of the same enterprise will have a saturation effect or not in PW.

For example, if I build all leatherworks, their profit will be reduced due to a saturated market.

If this mechanic is not in, would be nice to have:-)

EDIT: do different race and inclination (good/evil) troops in the same party drop morale? I am below average with 15 leadership, 4+ CHA and mixed quality food, we are 295 in the party.

Is dual wield possible? Moreover, is it possible for armor to be equipped with a 360° coverage shield with it's own durability?

For example, I want my troops to have a 360° coverage shield while also carrying 2 one-handed weapons at same time.

Honestly I don't know, but I don't think I ever touched that part of code, so I assume this should be same as vanilla. As far I remeber, prices and all factors vary from town to town, faction etc. so rather it is working.

Naturally, there might be many reasons for that.

For instance, if you visit EVENT places (two crossed rifles icon) then you might get various effects. This is common at sea, but rewards are more generous.

Your party might be sick, you would get notice in the camp menu, or you can check your party's health level. Then there is question if you were passive/active in your gameplay (creatures get bored). Then there is a question if except food, you provided your creatures with WATER?

In the CAMP MENU, there is a Paradigm Worlds menu. There you can set INFORMATION FLOW, from minimal to almost debug mode. You might find answer reading messages, etc.

There is no evil/good clash, not to morale. There aren't racial morale uppers/downers too. These however are provded with personal relations - for instance during dialogs, events, etc.

Some creatures might be in a worse mood, than other, if you wage war or have negative relations with the faction these creatures represent, ie if you have -100 with criminals, than thug, sicario, mafioso etc will have lower morale

It is all very situational.

I t would be very cool, but no there isn't anything like that. All dual wield Warband mods, require division to left and right handed weapons, and this mod is chaotic enough, with hundreds new weapons.... hehe.

I have experimented with 360 shield, and if you have CYBERNATION option on (in the Camp menu, paradigm menu) which turns on futuristic citizens in towns, some of them wear something that looks like 360degree buble, and you can find it if you cheat list of weapons. Thing is that it looks cool on others, and is unpleasant to use in 1st person, you barely see through wires, that make shield visible.

But, really, if you are looking for ways to overkill, than I'd say it is Paradigms middle name. There are plenty of options.
