The game takes place in the eve of the Seven Hour War. Fighting against blood shedding synths and frightening aliens, Adrian Shephard has to struggle his way with his fellow comrades from the Phoenix Command, with the main objective of stopping the construction of a Combine Citadel. In his journey he will find what has happened to the world, moments before the Seven Hour War.

Each chapter alone is huge, ranging from 5 to 7 maps each.

I still say your night's are too blue.
If you want this to look better, you could put some light fog to brighten the distance or high in the air. Fog does a lot to attract the players eye.
Outlands is blue. That won't be changed. The whole feel of Outlands is focused on the blue tones.
I'm trying to tell you that each chapter has a tone that calls the attention of the player, each chapter is sort of unique, each chapter can be felt by the player, as in, you can feel the environment, the ambience around you. Get L4D as an example and you'll see that it constantly works with that. (No Mercy is blue, Dead Air is orange, etc)
Obviously we have some tones that contrast with the ambience to make it less repetitive, a few steps behind, there's a massive goo pit. There's also some orange illumination, that morphs with the green tone of the goo pit, the result is fantastic.

Looks a bit empty... I mean the lightning is good, but the displacements in the middle just seem a bit too empty. You could add some overlays and props. And yea the lightning reminds of No Mercy :D
i cant say i like those rocks right there in the front left corner.
they look a litel to "blocky" rocks that have been out side and on top of the soil should look more "eroided" smooth with maby some cracks though it
just a pointer.

The map itself reminds me alot of the map from HL2 nova prospect where you first get the bugbait and are going to turn off the thumpers
