Operation: Firestorm is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. This mod currently features 8 unique playable Generals each with a huge arsenal of new units, buildings and special powers ar their disposal. While the core gamplay stays the same, a number of interesting new gameplay mechanics are added. In addition the overall visual quality is greaty improved, including new models, textures, FX and an improved User-Interface, available in full-HD resolution.
General Leang's most dangerous defense building. While this structure isn't as heavily armored as other high-tier defenses, it does high amounts of damage and can be overcharged for even more destruction (at the cost of power and structural integrity)

I understand it requires lots of power, but I don't like that the base is taken from the Nuclear Reactor. It looks more like a Nuclear Reactor with a Tesla Coil instead of cooling pipe then an actual base defence.
Yeah, I've heard that complaint before. It's not the same base as the Nuclear Reactor (it is also a bit smaller) though. The idea was to make a base defense that looks different for once. But I can see that not everyone likes that.
Can you show an ingame comparison? Maybe it is not as noticeable as it is in a render.

IMO, I actually like what you're doing with this.
It (almost) looks like how I'd imagine a real world experimental superweapon facility would look like (as in, some sort of facility used to test some experimental laser or, in this case, tesla coil-tyle weapon).
....that and it looks like one of those things you have to bomb in one of those flight action games (like Ace Combat, for example) so, I guess that's a plus :P
