Operation: Firestorm is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. This mod currently features 8 unique playable Generals each with a huge arsenal of new units, buildings and special powers ar their disposal. While the core gamplay stays the same, a number of interesting new gameplay mechanics are added. In addition the overall visual quality is greaty improved, including new models, textures, FX and an improved User-Interface, available in full-HD resolution.
The Serpent Flak truck is Dr. Thrax' T3 Anti Air vehicle
It has no stealth capabilities but makes up for it with raw firepower, decent area damage and a high rate of fire.
Can be upgraded to increase air pollution by at least 20%.

So it's like the US gauss AA thing but also leaves damaging clouds in the air like that yellow dust from Contra?
Pretty much.
It has slower RoF than US AA and it can't fire while moving.
does it have deploy function?
It needs to deploy before firing, but it's very fast
Any ground attack ability? Or is it strictly AA dedicated?
I love this model
With a cannon like that, just give it the right ammunition and it probably handle both advance anti air and artillery roles pretty well.
