Okay guys so far I am liking this mod a lot, but I need help. I have to go to x-lab 18 to find someone there who can point me in the right direction for this quest, but so far I can't find anyone in lab18... Searched the entire place couple of times and still nothing. I've read somewhere that you should talk to some dead stalker, but there is nobody in the lab. I gotta note that I already passed lab18 and my main quest is to enter lab 16. Thanks for the answers stalkers.

In the same room where you find the final documents and fight the fire-poltergeist, there is a knocked-over capsule/container with the "dead stalker" inside. It's not really a full body, just a dark lump. It should show as a yellow (neutral) dot on your minimap. He also gives a couple of other interesting quests.

Thank you very much, if you don't mind I will probably have more questions regarding the game. Sometimes it can be confusing a lot. Also, the people at sawmill in darkscape and that kuglavi band won't talk to me and I can't interact with them... Any clue what's going on?

Have you started the Klondike questline? In the cordon village at the very start of the game, there are underground bunkers. In one of these is "Healer" and a wounded stalker. After to fetch a couple of artifacts, you find a tablet with information which starts 5 quests to obtain flashdrives. The people in darkscape are part of this questline, so possibly you can't interact with them until you do that.

Yeah looks like i found that stone flower artifact way to late, because i've been to darkscape like 15 times so far lol. Now I started the quest Is it possible to finish this "5 flash drives" quest?

It should be possible, the stone flower artifacts are not uncommon. As soon as you have found the wounded stalker's diary and read it, you should be able to do the flash drive quests in any order
