Hello stalkers,

I'm struggling with the "examine the unknown artifact" quest. I play with the latest version (blue PDA) of this very mod.

I triggered the quest by Sakharov, traveled to Darkscape, and looking for the last 3 hours for this artifact to show up. But I haven't found it. I restarted this quest twice (including from an older save), but I simply can't find it. According to the quest log and some YouTube videos the artifact is somewhere in the west of the mill, but all I see are anomalies and mutants.

Do I have to equip or carry something special in order to see the artifact on the ground? Can some NPC pick up the artifact?

Happy hunting fellow stalkers

[OGSR] I found it at this location. Do you have the Special Artefact Analyzer in your inventory?

Thank you J00B

I found this artifact after another two hours (and decreasing the grass distance to the very minimum). It was indeed at this very location but stuck below the ground. So this artifact was only shown every 15 seconds for half a second before it disappeared again below the ground. The artifact was also stuck which made this quest way too easy to solve.

Lucky you! I could grab the artifact and thus am struck with it and Prudenko's Case and the quest and the game-part is broken. I am done with the Generators and am roaming around, and shall soon start the Old Hunter's maths questions. Strange Artifact and Old Man's Daughter are broken as he died in an initial Military raid.
