Cannot approach Radar - critical psy emission level Thread - Old Good STALKER Evolution mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl

Hello dear stalkers, it seems that the game may be bugged for me.

I'm trying to climb the slope on the road to the brain scorcher but i get almost instakilled by the psy emissions with the warning message.
I think i've done all the necessary steps to finally switch off the scorcher, i got the psy elmet from the scientists, got the password to disable the bomb, and also completed the klondike artifacts and BTR for freedom, so i have many artifacts that offer me 90+% telepathy protection. So what is going on? Still missing something or did the game broke on me?

If you still have this problem, did you check that you wear your psi protection helmet in your head slot, above the suit slot? Because you may accidentally put it back in your inventory from your head.

Also I don't know if it does matter, but did you already kill Master in Dead City? Because during this quest (Owner of the Dead city), in the part, when you find his lair, Colonel in the Dead City bar, I have forgotten his name, upgrades your psi-protection helmet, for you to be able to survive the psi radiation in the Master's lair.
