Just so you know, this is my first mod. Anyway...
You are a spy in the Arctic Citadel, a Citadel placed obviously in the Arctic Circle. It serves as a information relay to other Citadels like the one in City 17.
Primary Objective: Obtain knowledge of Combine (e.g. homeworld quadrant coordinates, main radio frequencies, future attacks, etc.)
Secondary Objective: Destruction of Arctic Citadel (resort to this objective if aformentioned objective cannot be accomplished)
Try to stay alive.

I'm not sure if I should be posting this, but it seems that I have... Mapper's Block (or is it Writer's Block).
I can't seem to come up any ideas for the mod, so I'm asking you, the people of the MODDB Community, for your help. If you have any ideas you wish to share or any criticism regarding the mod (keep them of a constructive nature, please), please post them in the Comments section of this article. I The Summarized Storyline is below.
Summarized Storyline: You are a spy who has to infiltrate the Arctic Citadel. Your mission is to retrieve intelligence for the Citadel which could be used to help the Rebels, but you have to destroy the Citadel in the end. (During this, you are guided by on-screen messages from an unknown character, similar to MINERVA)
Note: I am the only one who making the maps for this mod. I have no coders, texture artists or modelers. If you wish to help, feel free to ask.

Looking good man. Quite impressive. MINERVA is inspiring, isn't it? It got me to think of a mod of my own, but that'll probably never happen. :D
Anyway; looking good, tracking. I'm very interested in the end result.
I'm still wondering about this. I can barely see that it is based in the arctic. You might want (as said before) to add small effects of snow. Looking good though.
Looks interesting, I'll track any mod with an original storyline! My only problem so far is the character development, are you planning to have a whole new line-up, or just the same ones from Half-Life?

It's very good for a first mod, and wow, you even spend time to make the description look nice. Few first timers do it. :)
Some of the maps looks a bit empty. If you can figure out this and fill it with content, then you will certainly going in the right direction.
