Obsolete mod for Half-Life 2

I (Korpor4l) am the only one who's working on this mod so far. I am pretty much limited to making the maps, music, sound effects, and very basic textures. I have experience with making small single player maps, but not with anything more than 10 minute game play. I'm not going to guarantee you the best experience you've ever had. This is just something I want to do for fun, and hopefully I can make something good out of this. I'll be working on this whenever I find time to do so.

I'm still trying to piece together the story although right now it is still a bit flawed. I'm terrible at voice acting so I do not believe I would be able to tell the story through voice; instead, it would be through the environment and maybe a bit of the music.

A small intro:
Lexun II, a small planet recently discovered and was said it may have ruins of a long lost civilization. You were sent out along with your investigation team only to find yourself in a dense asteroid field around the planet. Your ship crashes on an old cruiser. You survived but your team wasn't so lucky. You'll need to enter the cruiser to find a way to fix your ship.

What I plan:
The mod will of course be set in space and on an old cruiser. My plan for the game play of the mod is a mix of small puzzles and small fights. I hope to make the environment and music go together well. My aim is for the environment to have some sort of abandoned look. Since I do not know how to model and texture (that well), I will try to find someone who may make futuristic weapons. For the enemies, I'm thinking of cyborg or something robotic (trying to kill you of course) and possibly zombies.

Right now the game is early enough that I may chose to change many things, but for the best most likely.
