I don't really like the gut positioning in this one... It looks too premade and perfect. Maybe you should relocate it to the side.

roflmao @ these comments. Zombie looks great but the guts do look misplaced.
The guts look stupid, he should just have some cuts on his arms and maybe some gashes on his head. Also there should be some fresh looking blood because most zombies in this look like they have just old blood stains and splatters on them.
