Hey Andrey! First of all, thanks for playing Zombie Panic Source, it really means a lot to us that people enjoy the mod we worked so hard on.
As for your suggestion, an antivirus to cure infection was of course discussed within the team but we decided not to add it. Instead we made the infection rate low (10% per hit by default). We don't really want to give humans more advantages, it should be hard for them :).
But IF we did some antivirus then it would probably be that a medpack would have a certain chance to cure you if you picked it up in time or something similar. Take care and again, thanks for playing!
