I doubt it makes sense for all that steam/fog to be in the area (you've got to wait until June (or hopefully earlier) to find out yourself!), but I figured the mod needed a couple of areas with egregious Unreal Engine 1.5 fog (also, it makes the whole area look a bit modern, especially fitting for the gun). :]
