In the not too distant future, man is ignorantly continuing in his progress to dominate the earth, neglecting countless warnings in ancient texts and myths of the planet Nibiru.
An extrasolar planet, passing in close orbit to Earth once every three millenia, each time almost devouring the many races of Earth with its massively destructive powers; its gravity will flip the Earths poles, volcanoes will erupt. Man will fall.
The player takes the place of an un-named character who wakes up seemingly point blank in an observation ward of a hospital.
His purpose? unknown. What happened before? Unknown.
Despite circumstance he is desperate to find out the answers to these harrowing questions, and more importantly to protect the innocent from the threat that is now looming over his city.
All of which he seeks can only be revealed with time; although inevitably all will be told.

Ok ok, We're back on track now to getting this mod ready and out for a release, obviously it's gonna be a while away, but now we're back on track and the game's future more definate.
Obviously you prolly don't care, but the reason for such a delay was the fact that most of us have moved to university etc and needed time to settle in blahblah, and also some bits of the mod are in need of a complete overhaul!
I don't want to say any more again because the mod's had many similar games released, so we're trying to be as unique as possible.
But an interesting idea was to have the 'community' throw at us survival horror ideas etc, and for the mod to be constructed around what you all think it should be. Not word for word obviously, the final storyline won't be released, so it won't be spoiled. Just everyone's bits will be in there.. It's an intersting idea but I've not too much faith in it at the moment, due to a lack of community :P, but if you read this and want a bit in the mod by all means drop a line on the forum or email myself or another team member. It could still take off I guess..

Hopefully in the coming weeks there'll be a barrage of materials and pictures for you all to oogle at, presently we're trying to get a trailer punched out for your visual pleasure; it'll comprise of a short run through our city, to show the curent situation; ending in a short rendezvous with Nibiru itself...
