The New Nations Mod (NNM) is my first public mod. I have been modding solo for HOI3 for some time now, but nothing has been quality enough to release. The NNM is supposed to add modern countries to Africa, Asia, Russia, Yugoslavia, and the Pacific. So far, I have created the following countries for Africa; Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, The Gambia, Senegal, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Chad, Uganda, Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Mauritania. Keep in mind I am a student, working in my free time, but I've been making progress pretty fast. I still have to add a lot of historical leaders and resources to these countries so they are more playable, but I expect to have an alpha soon.

I am starting work on this mod again! For the longest time, I had given up on this mod, I was intimidated by the size and effort required. Now, though, I am going to get through this and finish this mod! Thank you all for not giving up on this as a dead project.

Hey, I have a question. Does this mod will be playable with ICE or HPP? And, if you need help, I create some mods in the past which where intended to do the same lke your mod. I didn't finish, but I know the basics of country creation. If you want to contact me u are free to do so.
I have no idea if it will be compatible with other mods.
well this looks rather.. interesting :), so are the new countries gona be puppets (the african ones) and are you gona add cores for non existing ones ? =)
They're going to be independent countries with cores on their provinces.
