The last game update from Creative Assembly has broken some mods for Napoleon Total War. In this page you can download old game files, follow the instructions to revert to the previous state of the files before the update and your mod should work. It works for The Great War mod, I will test with other mods and inform here, if it worked for you with another mnod please share the info in the comments to help other players! thank you.

THE LAST GAME UPDATE FROM CA FOR NAPOLEON TOTAL WAR has modified game files and deleted PACK files. Without these files some mods don't work anymore. Download and follow instructions to revert the game files prior to the patch and your mod should work.

I don't understand the replacement part, how do I replace those 3 with the packs?
you replace those 3 with my old files called exactly the same, you will notice have different date.
The PACK files have to be ADDED to the DATA FOLDER

Hey! It says there is a virus when I try to download these files, is there a way to fix this? :)
my files have been downloaded 4000 times, if you don't trust them don't use them. It all depends on your anti virus settings to flag the files, it can happen downloading a game on steam if your settings are too high.
If you don't trust my files you can apply to the beta on steam to revert the game to the previous build.
Tried it with Master if Europe but it doesn't seem to work.
