If you are having duplicate Qport issues on your server with ANY MOD follow change these dvars:

If you are having issues with the duplicate qport error:

Change these dvar's in your server.cfg

sv_timeout "30"
sv_connectTimeout "30"


Default is 600 which is 10 minutes and is too long.
