FireAndBlood: V2.4 - Hotfix file

hi. so I downloaded the mod but every time I try playing on campaign mode it just crashes and I tried lowering my graphics but still nothing. Could you help me?

turn 9 with slavers bay everytime I end the turn it just crashes I can't do anything "[system.rpt] [error] Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit."

Help me please. I play in the company "Feast of the Crow". Stannis' army has a Jon Snow model. How to transfer it to the Starks company?

I have Played few of the Starting Dates, beyond 40 turns or so & it runs pretty smooth, however once you try to do battle mode or getting into a Siege mode, not always but somethimes the game has an error & CTD, or its get stuck & you are unable to close down the game even when trying with the ctrl+alt+del keys. Overall Pretty happy with the mod though. & Happy Christmas to you all.

I have 3 questions:

1) I play with my friend in hotseat an we suceed to play only on the V2.3 version. Is the 2.4 broken? You try everything but there is a lot of crash..
2) Do you know how we can disable the yellow area when we pour the cursor on a IA or a enemie in the campain. It's so easy in hotseat to calculte de movment of the enemie...
3) How can we make the event for the wildfire and cannon go earlier
