Gothic 1 have rain. You don't need any cheats to start rain but it is possible.
Yes, now I knew that. Actually, I learn that sometime in the first week in the 2017, when I played Gothic 1 with the Gothic Reloaded mod and I found out about it there. And I had the rain disabled, but why I have no idea.
