Next update is planned for release in November, so try to be realistic guys :-)

assuming compatibility patches are okay, any chance of a patch for the Morrowind Public Library mod? Nexusmods.com
other than that, hoping the Dramatic Vivec patch makes a comeback with the next update!
Compatibility with "Dramatic Vivec" mod would be much appreciated! The capital is the only place, where I feel the need for some variety!
Also there is a mod called "Illuminated Palace of Vivec" which is a fantastic lore-friendly idea (a real FPS killer sadly). Some content like that could make the atmosphere even deeper!
I'd like that too, compatibilities to other mods are worth real gold.

I think that in the future other modes should become compatible to Rebirth and not the other way around
Pls, can you add other magic efects like banish undead (from daggerfall)? Or enchantments "anti-type" (bonus againg undead, daedra, etc)
I don't know if the latter is lore friendly.
I like the suggestion but it is not possible to add new effects like that. At least to my knowledge.
