The picture really doesn't give justice to the work that has been done..
You'll notice some new textures and meshes in the hotfix that's about to be released in a few days. It will also remove the notorious velothi tower outside Vivec, some shopkeepers without any gold are now able to buy your hardly earned stuff, a large number of floaters have been smashed and a few doors that really should have been locked, now is.
