Yeah, that was kinda annoying..
I guess it's referring to a fix in smotheness of transittion between the both objetcs and the related textures.
Have you ever noticed how the interior of the temple does not match the exterior building. Now this happens a lot in Morrowind. However, in Suran the temple does match the dome style upon entering the interior. So, should the temple in Balmora be changed to match the exterior?
Could be that the dome is just for aesthetics. I don't do much interior work anyway, but I might change it in the future.
