Not to begin with. I don't have time to handplace new spawn-points, but in the future it's very likely they will only be encountered in caves.

Still thinking about abilities etc. I'm up for ideas if you have any!

I was thinking about the fish reacting to movement/sound, maybe something related to Stealth skill, but idk how would sneaking work in water.

You probably won't be able to sneak in water higher than your character's waist.

Morrowind is too old for such checks to be possible. It has to be something much simpler.

Most blind/colorful creatures are poisonous somehow, so I'll probably give it some type of poison attack.

awesome, I always love more monsters to fight, that's from R-Zero's Creatorium right? will you use any other creatures from that mod? if i remember correctly there was an awesome looking land dreugh in there.
