Nice!
The pose of the Clannfear made me think of the Aliens from the Alien movies and then if such a variants coudl be included in some way but there isn't a perfect way.
If they only exist in one place then you'll never see them elsewhere, if you have some kind of trigger to swap them out for the other variant should that include behavioral changes?
The balance of maps would be affected if they truly are swapped out for the Alien variant.
