There is a missing texture error: tx_de_banner_seyda_neen.dds referenced in ex_sign_seyda_neen.nif
Edit: Game was crashing after some warning messages related to tx_de_banner_seyda_neen.dds, i was not able to continue the game without crash after those messages.
Deleting ex_sign_seyda_neen.nif manually from meshes folder seems to work, i was able to continue the game after some warning messages.
This will be fixed in the latest update. Thanks for the heads up!
There is a floating door in ebonheart near the dragon statue. also in balmora there is a duplicated sign outside the fighters guild and a texture on the wall/stairs that jitters when the player moves.
Great mod, a must have for modern day morrowind. Keep up the great work.
