Very neat. I'd do something with the ceiling though. Since this plays in Europe most these ancient houses and even those today still standing were made in a rather decorative way. What I keep noticing on most your screenshots is an increased amount of repetitiveness when it comes to your texture usage or a simplicity in brush work.

Few examples:

C7.alamy.com
Oldhouseonline.com
Cdn.vox-cdn.com

As you can see most these ancient houses usually contained support pillars up the ceiling or decorations to make them look more appealing and comfy to it's inhabitants. These are only ideas and suggestions of course. Do what ever makes you happy. I'm certain your mod will rock no matter what. :)
