The people I'm looking for don't need to be experienced, just know how to pay attention and listen when given tasks. I will be issuing out the first version of Medieval Calradia after all factions have been set up. The process of changing every text file in WB/WFAS is tedious. I won't be able to pay anyone who mods for me, however I can give them credit. This is a small project that might take off later on. These are the requirements and such of a dev;
-Must be willing to work from 6-10 pm on weekdays
-Must be willing to work from 10-2 pm on weekends.
-Must be in Eastern Standard time or Central Standard Time. Pacific Standard Time is also acceptable.
-Must be willing to listen to tasks when given

the game crashes as soon as i start the mod. Any idea of how to fix it?
Most likely an issue with your own game state, but it could be that the mod is outdated. I quit working on this mod a good while back.
Just gonna leave this here, editing txt files are not gonna take you far and you will not be able to accomplish a lot of stuff for your mod, I recommend learning how to use the module system and MB scripting.
You completely miss the point, this isn't a complete mod not even close. This is a start point, and obviously I have stopped work because of more important things in life.

I used this guide; Steamcommunity.com I also use Morgh's WB/WFAS editor.
How you managed to turn the word "especially" into "spicely" is beyond me.

Which "modding" programs you know how to use so far? ( ill guess "Morghs M&B WB-WFAS Editor" from the pictures)
Any way, i started as a self tought editor\modder myself, going great so far but its hard work, so you should know you will face hard work, spicely if you work alone or with out a big team, ill be glad to help if you really willing to improve and learn(and work hard)
Also, I do infact use Morgh's WB/WFAS Editor, and I plan on learning how to cartograph, however my friend attempted too and got malware. So that set us back.
