This contains info on where and what to edit to change the weapon behavior of mw2 mercs. The details are similar to dos, so others can use this as a starting point to mod the dos version. The basic mod changes the weapon stats from the horrible state the game shipped in to closer to the DOS version (DOS version also has some issues). An additional mod makes the above changes but also increases the speed of PPC projectiles (why where they so slow?).
