Put max payne 2 level and prefab textures extracted by crystallize through ersgan as a test for a project.The first part of the textures ended up looking like the gta loading screen art which wasn't the result I expected but I thought it was pretty cool so I upscaled the rest of the textures.The original textures already have a gta loading screen art look to them but its normally hard to see through the pixilation so its not totally inaccurate to the style or theme of the game.If I find a suitable model that works better I might redo the textures but as for now this is it. The textures sizes vary from 1k,2k,4k,8k.

This is just AI. The textures might be higher res, sure, but high res is never high detail.
Where should I put this folders and files into?
It doesn't seem to be anything playable at the moment, it's just the textures.
I can see the art style clearly in Mona and Vlad pictures but could you maybe post some in-game pictures too to see the whole picture? The file sizes are quite big but I guess I'll download them and see how it looks.
Edit: So it's just the raw textures.
The upscaler I use doesn't export dds images at the moment which sucks.I'm waiting until there is a update released as I don't really wanna use a tool to mass convert the textures yet because it might mess up the texture quality.
Yeah it's a different thing to mass convert something like jpg pics but there probably exists a tool for dds too without losing quality but you might have to dig or even code it for yourselves... I guess Photoshop might have something like that if you have the loicense for it.
Another thing is don't be surprised if the level files wouldn't accept the upscaled textures just like that. I have experience in changing the textures in .ldb level files but keeping them at same size, it might require tweaking if they're bigger than originals but again not sure.
I got a version of ersgan combined with a windows gui working that can upscale textures but keep them at the same size and exports dds files but It requires experimenting with interpolating various ai models together to get the best look for the textures which may take some time.Also I upscaled ryu by from the streetfighter mod by 2x and it worked perfectly, I'm gonna test different models upscaling all the character textures etc and I'll share them here so everyone else can use them in their mods as well.
