The L.U.R.K. team wants to provide the best possible experience from Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, we don't plan to skew the scope of this game, because I, like many others, fell in love with the game because of the story, the realistic gameplay, and the atmosphere. I plan to preserve and improve on that concept to the best of my abilities, and our team has vowed to do so as well. Which is why we took it upon ourselves to provide that experience. We want to fulfill a niche that's otherwise unfulfilled in the modding community. We want to bring as many features to Stalker without damaging or changing the original theme of the game. While improving upon that concept with features that were dropped off the development cycle from GSC, such as stealth AI, and a strong foundation for balance, as well as dynamic A-Life, and an unprecedented visual presentation that no other Stalker Overhaul can touch.
Quite an old texture (early 2011) but it still works okay ingame, heh.

Trust me, I've been looking at your maps for way too long now, analysing your metal base (still damn impressive, I've gained a lot of knowledge from the asset creation tut you put up on youtube, the one where you model the shotgun) So I immediately noticed the wear was done differently, as well as how the metal itself looked! :D

Only complaint is that the hammer isn't cocked. Noticed this with the vanilla weapons, feels like I'm carrying around an unloaded weapon. Bothers me so much O.o

Why only weapons updates and screens - i mean it's a stupid question maybe but anyway.The weapons are a strong part of any FPS but only weapons...
I'm tracking this mod since a year maybe and i see only weapons - maybe i am missing somethin :P

I'm pretty sure that most of these Firearms have already been used on the FNV Nexus. I remember using the Tokarev after having to boost the DAM. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, the weapons look high-res and the weapons in Chernobyl don't look anywhere near this good. Just pointing out that this work has been re-used. Still, I'd love to use a Majority of these guns in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The AUG is probably my favorite A.R and that retexture I've just seen looks almost real. Nice work.
