I just got an idea i could add something like this. Screen gets more red when you loose health. Every 10 HP it gets little more red-ish. Its very innocent effect and doesnt really mess with the gameplay so much. Let me know what do you think! :p

It's great! I love the little addition of Gordon Freeman grunting when getting hit.
It is right? :p But i think i will still remove it because it can get kinda annoying. Or replace it with a better sound.
Really digging those blood effects, too! Makes the aftermath of shootouts a total mess!
I like the blood coming off the player, I think that really adds to the immersion. I'm not a fan of the red glow.
Well, that looks intense!
