This is a mod that adds more nations in order to enhance the vanilla Victoria 2 experience. However, all the nations here were unrecognized, short-lived, or quickly forgotten by time.
It has been roughly two years since I've updated this mod. I've actually bought Heart of Darkness, so I can't update the mod for owners of AHD.
Now, I could possibly port the mod to HoD, and I've since become more efficient at making mods, so I could possibly add events for some of the nations. I have thought about asking permission from the makers of Historical Flavor Mod, as they have a more accurate map to work with, with better provinces.
I have also attempted creating provinces, such as Nacogdoches for Fredonia. However, that typically ends up with a crash on the load screen, but I've heard that image editors like GIMP are the best for province editing, so I can try that.
I do not want to deliver a promise I can't keep, so I will see what I can do, and remain hopeful that I can continue to develop mods that people enjoy.
And make better flags.
I sucked at making flags.
After I work out some errors and kinks in the system, expect a very early build!
The newest version of Lost to History! A breakthrough, with a brand new nation in Africa! All around, it adds 7 new nations! *NOTE* The mod is called...
The newest version of Lost to History adds four new nations. I've added Sao Paulo and Acre in Brazil, and Iroquois and Utah for America. (Utah is made...
Two new nations added to the mix. First release without just North American nations.
A small mod that adds three new nations to Victoria 2: A House Divided. This is not a finished product.

How would I be able to use new nations? I have downloaded the mod but the new nations do not appear, and there are not any cores for them.
They're supposed to be releasable, unless you have anything other than A House Divided, which would mean the mod doesn't work.
Are you aware of the New Nations mod? You could probably integrate that with this.
Also I tried running Version 1.2 and it just... refused to start the game. If I run Victoria II without it it's fine, but with the mod selected it doesn't even launch (other mods work fine.)
Good point. I'd probably need to work on it a bit more, then (unless you're using HoD, which I don't have).
How about the Cherokee?
That's already a country releasable from the U.S. But, I could probably make other Native American nations.
I added Utah to represent the Mormons of Utah during the Utah War. Yeah, Deseret suits that role perfectly, but I just wanted to make a cool second Mormon state :p
Hello, I'm Brazilian, and I wanted to give you some new nations that have already appeared in the territory of Brazil and soon disappeared to put in the mod.
São Paulo state - This was when the Brazilian state of são paulo declared war against Vargas government in 1932, generating a civil war known as the Constitutionalist Revolution of 1932.
The south is my Country - The southern region of Brazil was colonized by Germans and soon after by Portuguese, then that region was with the culture very different, as it is in several parts of the country, this generated a separatist movement that exise until today that Preaching the separation of the southern region (states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, Santa Catarina), Germans and mercenaries have already tried to retake this region (like an idependence) during imperial Brazil, but they were restrained and the region is part of Brazil until Today (not everyone from the south wants to separate the south)
Acre - Acre is a small Brazilian state in the north of the country (it is made as a joke in Brazil as a meme but it is just a joke) it used to belong to Bolivia more in that region than many Brazilians, so it was a question of who was the territory ? Brazil recognized the Bolivian sovereignty there, but the population of that territory did not want to be part of Bolivia so a revolt was organized that led to the idependencia of the acre, Bolivia could not resume the acre and it became a small nation, having had the independence Acre asked to be annexed by Brazil for having the culture, the same language as the Country, and for having many Brazilians already living there.
Oh yes! I should add those! Great suggestions!
